Short but steep hike through mostly shady forest to Passerelle d'Holzarte. Cool suspension bridge over a deep gorge.

Viaduc de Chapeauroux (& matching bridge we crossed). Impressive structures for a tiny village in middle of nowhere!

Magical walk in Gorges de l'Areuse. Found randomly looking at maps years ago happened to be passing by today. Lucky!

Cool section of coast road near Ondarroa. Shame about the grey day, should've taken this when we passed earlier. Doh!

Random rest stop overlooking Viaduc de Garabit. Build by Eiffel (you know, the tower guy) so an historical monument!

The Trift Bridge. Because why wouldn't you build a rope crossing between cliffs above a glacial lake? A. Maze. Ing!!!

Quite a drive today so short evening walk to get the legs moving. Parked up in Aareschlucht, Switzerland. Very nice!

Unbelievable Italian/Swiss ride. Lakes, spectacular Maggia Valley & super technical descent to the finish! Love it!

Lac de Gaube & Pont d'Espagne - always incredible! Perfect weather. Saw a few marmots but to slow for a pic - doh!

The Ferreres Aqueduct: wow! Not in bad shape for a 2000 year old pile of rocks! Love that we can walk over it too!

Legend Bridge (& others) in Sauveterre-de-Bearn. Originally built in 12th century but destroyed by floods in 18th.

Today's ride: Back on cliffs above Saint-Cirq-Lapopie because... why not? Few drops of rain a welcome refreshment!

The last surviving wooden bridge over the Rhine... & inside. Used by walkers, cyclists & horses so mind your step!
