In BdB for a social event so dinner @ La Fontaine after. Nice summer atmosphere this eve & that grub hit the spot!

Anniversary lunch. Don't worry - the French obsession with midday dining means we still got home for TdF coverage!

Dinner with sis & my nieces... beach-shack vibes, erm, without the beach

Lunch @ Egi-Luze Sidreria (cider house). Interesting dishes, but all agreed desserts were the stand out here. Yum!

Lunch catch up with friends in town. Pizza, tiramisu & lemon meringue. Yum!

Lunch @ Abrigo do Pastor. Calves liver, garlic pork, suckling pig, venison stew, chocolate mousse, tiramisu. Amazing!

Last Italian pizza, pasta & tiramisu for this trip (& a nice local beer). Had to suffice as gelateria closed. Doh!

Lunch of Italian treats picked up as we left: Gorgonzola+mascarpone, tiramisu+pastries, ham, tomatoes & bread. Nom!

Dinner at Haize Hegoa, Itxassou. Nice bar with great view - shame it's dark outside. Great burger & steak though! grin
