While on our evening walk. This bench has been here a while! Although view from here is worth a little discomfort...

Mendut temple looks quite small on the outside. But... go in & look up at that roof! Nice tree in the grounds too.

What happens when someone doesn't trim the roots of a potted palm. Notice the one behind has broken it's pot anyway.

Rolling hills around Carla-Bayle. If not for snow-capped peaks behind you'd never know it was the middle of winter!

Walking by part of Canal du Midi. Must be wonderful to cycle along here in summer - beautiful & it runs for miles!

Even in winter, you have to love 'tree tunnels' around the French countryside. This one is just outside Capestang.

Tree tunnels are quite common in Europe & we love them. Here's a great example over a footpath in Lucca.
