Swimming and jumping into Lake Argyl from around 6.5m. Rob is in full flight here, and don't worry, in no danger as the lake is apparantly 40m plus depth here. Sadly my watch was lost seconds after this picture was taken and will be ticking away nicly on the bottom for another 10 years. Yup - it just had a new battery fitted
