OMG... just been handed this map! grin But only booked 4 nights here... & storms are forecast sad Hoping for some luck!

Offenpass & Fluelapass. Love it but can't stay in Switzerland too long: so expensive! Lucky the memories are free! grin

Another ride into Lindau today, this time with Pratiwi. Very nice cycling through the orchards and vineyards.

Might have done a bit of pavé while sightseeing in Lindau this morning. Nice view from nearby Eichenberg too smile

After some very active days this morning's ride to Grosse Scheidegg was a struggle. Lucky there were views to enjoy!

Just got back from cycling round Lake Brienz. It's a tough job, but somebody's got to do it! wink

From today's ride: End of the road above Verbier. Or rather where it becomes gravel a short way below Croix de Coeur.

This morning's ride: random route from where we are staying in the Alps. Nothing famous but so beautiful. Love it! grin

Cloudy ride today on the Grossglockner. 7° at the top where I arrived in short jersey sweating like a pig. Nice! grin

Cycle loop by Hallstätter See. Dubious Austrian bike paths more like train station, elevated walkway or firetrail! wink

Today's ride over to Austria & back. Definition of 'bike path' bit fuzzy here so some cyclocross action in there wink

Dutch priorities on the roads... correct! Sad not to have time for a spin here, but it is flat & was chilly!

Pffft... they said it would be crowded & cold. Doesn't seem that bad at all! Now, riders should be through any... wink

What a green and pleasant place this is in summer. One can only imagine the horrors it sees come each spring! grin

Sights from the bike ride today. Pretty cool. Can tell I've been in Paris eating cake the week so far though! sad wink

Views from today's double assault on Col de la Madeleine. Only one small patch of rain which was welcome to cool off!

Beautiful ride up Col d'Aubisque this morning. Shame I then got rather lost! Oh well - once in 4 months isn't bad wink

Views from this morning: Col de Spandelles, Col du Soulor, Col d'Aubisque. Road between the last couple is amazing!

Tourmalet & Luz Ardiden from today's ride. Disclaimer: some from earlier in the week but looked the same today wink

Laying in the back of the van after 92km/2770m epic over 4 giant climbs through the most beautiful scenery. Best European ride yet! smile

Views from this morning's ride to Hautacam & Col du Tramassel. Loving the Pyrenees smile

Some views from our first ride in the Pyrenean foothills this morning. Beautiful day, great roads, amazing sights smile

Routes cycled around Faucon. Ventoux is the grey-ish blob top/centre. Look at all those juicy cols & valleys too! grin

Last Faucon ride done (sob!). Bike wash done. Time to hang on the drying tree before being packed for the trip ahead.

Earlier today: View passing Montbrun-les-Bains & later water stop. The sun is shining again after few days of rain smile

Views from this morning's jolly (but rather cold and windy would you believe?!) ride over a few cols.

A glorious day here to head back up Mt Ventoux. Could actually see something other than cloud at the top! smile

Had an easy ride with the ladies today. Here's Pratiwi and Vicki and the view from just below Col de Propiac smile

Part of this morning's ride passed from Suzette to Malaucène. Great views on this stretch & a great ride of course smile

What a beautiful ride this morning with Pratiwi. Stopped for many pictures and a slice (or 2) of cake in Brantes smile

As it was covered in cloud, only shots from top of Mt Ventoux are pretty poor sad Nice views half way down though smile

View NE-ish from Col d'Ey, 2nd of 3 cols on the morning ride. The descent was awesome, and final one even more so! grin

The cycling I managed around Anduze. All these roads well maintained & many traffic free. Lots of hills. Love it! smile

Second col on today's ride. Sunny, but nippy. In fact this is Plan B as was snowing on Plan A route! Still v. nice smile

Another beautiful ride up a cat 2 climb, then very technical descent and smash along this valley home. Perfect! smile

This morning's ride to Col de Saint-Pierre. Beautiful smooth road. Tiny smash fest back home via Mialet felt good smile

Today's cycling shot: Pratiwi overlooking the river just outside Mialet. She quite liked it here smile

Somewhere on the D133 West of Anduze. Nice ride in either direction. Hope you can tell the road gently winds away smile

Beautiful ride today. After a week here passed my 1st Col sign. Many more impressive ones to come I hope! smile

Pratiwi out on a leisurely ride somewhere around Anduze. Another tranquil day in the South of France smile

Rob & Simon Gerrans, Aussie road race champion. Doing it tough after a crash but still time for fans smile @simongerrans

'Le Gardon de Mialet' (aka the river) from this morning's ride. Plenty of other scenery but only made a single stop.

The bike assembly area at our gite in Anduze wink Now, time for a little shakedown ride in the spring sunshine smile

Views from this morning's ride round Akuna Bay & West Head. Perfect day plus a PB on one of the shorter climbs smile

Halfway through this morning's ride. Waiting for the ferry at Berowra Waters. Stinking hot. 36C when we finished!
