Final morning here & this is better! 7+ hours on the piste to finish the week. Hurrah!

Snow outside the chalet this morning. Popped out for couple of hours, but rest was probably due. Had lazy afternoon.

Xmas day: 71.2km/7,701m vertical on the slopes before a well earned dinner with all the trimmings. Bah! Humbug!!

Had feared the worst for a drive to the snow in peak season, but made great time! Includes 20km up to the resort!

Today: 4½ hour drive to the snow. Same chore as when in Sydney. Only at the end of this drive is worlds largest linked ski area. Hurrah!

NRA thinks answer is more guns, so armed school guards is not going far enough! Arm the kids too: they are great shot given games they play!

Lunch in St-Remy-de-Provence. Nice village but a grey day outside so random snaps where we found a little colour.

Another sunny day on the bike, but with wind & cold you cannot see. Brrrrr... Still, great views of & from Bonnieux.

Had to cover quite a distance over 'baby head' rocks. Not the easiest terrain. Be very careful not to roll an ankle!

Stepping into the shower this morning had an odd feeling something wasn't right. Then discovered I was still wearing my glasses. Doh!

After 78km ride Pratiwi gave me huge bowl of pasta. Am eating, fork in 1 hand, ½ baguette in other. She asks if it's too much food. Bless

Met a big dog on the road, caused us to slow right down. Smart! This was round next corner, could have been messy!

Decided to skip lunch, but still time for short stroll on Pampelonne Beach. This is the Med. so 'surf' here is tiny!
